The first thing that is apparent is that my account manager is very well informed about all aspects of the business, but most importantly his technical understanding of the products they sell is extremely proficient. As an electronics engineer and business owner, I often have detailed questions relating to technical performance and operational capabilities of the products I am looking to use.

More recently I have broadened the conversation to a much larger portfolio of products and I am delighted that ISET UK are able to source these for me (and even hold significant stocks).
