If you’ve been dealing with ISET Solutions for a while, you’ll probably recall that we were originally based at Oakham Business Park in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. This was our home for nearly 4 years and we were very happy there. But there comes a time when any business grows, that you become a little too big for that space and you need to find a place more suitable. So after what seemed like ages of looking, we are pleased to announce we have secured new offices!
The new office is based at Pottery Court, in Bulwell, Nottingham. It has plenty of parking and is more centralised meaning that should you need to collect products from us, we are located 5 minutes from Junction 26 of the M1.
Our opening times are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday so you’re always welcome to pop by for a cuppa (and maybe even a biscuit if Ricky hasn’t eaten them all) or even to just pick our brains about new projects you’re working on.
Coupled with our new website, the new offices signify a new chapter for ISET Solutions and we’re excited for what the future holds.

Awesome supplier, Pierce my account manager is a legend! always there to help, always finds any answers I need from manufactures, gets me anything I ask for, and over many months he has built trust and reliability with me and has won most of my business from other larger suppliers who just cannot compete with the level of service and personal interaction that makes you feel valued as a customer, and best of all when stuff does go wrong (usually caused by manufacturer’s) as it does occasionally he always rings me first and keeps me informed and offers solutions, which I feel is the most valuable part as this really shows how good they are.

We cannot say enough about the service at ISET UK. Our account manager is in constant contact ensuring that we are kept up to date with special offers, new products etc. Other suppliers do not offer this service to this level.
I was recently introduced to ISET UK through a third party supplier. The first thing that is apparent is that my account manager is very well informed about all aspects of the business, but most importantly his technical understanding of the products they sell is extremely proficient. As an electronics engineer and business owner, I often have detailed questions relating to technical performance and operational capabilities of the products I am looking to use.
More recently I have broadened the conversation to a much larger portfolio of products and I am delighted that ISET UK are able to source these for me (and even hold significant stocks).
